Fire Prevention and Emergency Procedures Policy


The Regulatory Reform Order (Fire Safety) 2005 makes it a requirement for virtually all employers to carry out a Fire Risk Assessment.

This policy outlines how the management will conduct inspections and assessments based on the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

The policy contains a Fire Log book for recording all requirements of the Regulations and outlines the frequency, duration and parameters of testing that must be undertaken to comply

The policy also contains a Fire Induction for visitors to the premises, giving information about Alarms, Escape Routes and Assembly points in the event of a fire.
